Web Designer
A web designer creates the look, layout and features of a website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming. Once a website is created, a designer helps with maintenance and additions to the website. They work with development teams or managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.
- An impeccable eye for detail with the ability to match your UI to any design in a cross-browser environment
- Fluent in W3C Standards Compliant HTML templates
- Solid knowledge of CSS support for both modern and legacy browsers
- Familiarity with native JavaScript and JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Prototype, Angular etc.)
- Strong theme integration knowledge in Magento, Wordpress, Drupal.
- Work closely with clients / Managers / Cross Department to understand their needs.
- Good sense of creative concept to design, visualization, branding, color combination.
- Ability to interact, communicate well with clients, pitching designs, and excellent understanding of requirements
- Good understanding of manage and deliver creative designs through various forms of media.
- Up to date with industry leading software (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
