US IT Recruiter (C2C Arrangement)

Should be familiar with the full life cycle recruitment process in the US markets and familiar with Tax Terms W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present good resumes to the client.
Understanding and analyzing the client's manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
Create job descriptions, Job Posting, Mass Mailing
Experience in CV Sourcing from different sources.
Scheduling candidates for interview.
Conducting telephonic interviews.
End to End Recruitment.
Preferred from a consultancy firm
Knowledge of Information Technology / US IT industry with recruitment background.
Specially done recruitment for IT industry or IT clients
Job Offer to candidate, follow-up till joining & payments.
Achievement of Targets & Recruitment Business Plan on Monthly Basis.
Experience with Handling client would be an added advantage
