We require Recruitment Executive (Saudi Arabia)

We have a position matching your profile. Requirement is as follows.

Recruitment Executive (Saudi Arabia) Requirement:

• Upon offer acceptance of candidate, coordinate with the agents/candidates for documents collection purposes.
• In charge to upload all documents/datas to SAP procurement portal of SMPCAD.
• Responsible to monitor the processing of medical, police clearances, degree attestations to the agents/candidates.
• Responsible to inform and request visa allocation / EWAKALA issuance and provide to agents for visa stamping purposes.
• Responsible to prepare individual files and submit to HR before employee’s arrival.
• Request ticket from Ticketing department and issued to agents/candidates.
• For any employees arrived in Engineering Visa, responsible to support the candidate in uploading datas at Saudi Council of Engineers website the documents for registration   purpose to get IQAMA.
• Assist local transfer candidates by preparing demand letter and received release letter to be turned over to GR for transfer of sponsorship.
• Responsible to extend employment contracts for signing to all Saudi Nationals.

Competencies

• Ability to document manuals  
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough working knowledge in MS Office
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

Minimum 5-7 Years in Recruitment . SAP Experience added advantage.

Job Location

Saudi Arabia (Middle East)

Education:

Any Graduate with Recruitment Skills can apply

Salary:

3000 to 5000 SAR/Month (Depend on skills and experience)
