· MAINTAINING DEMO UNIT AND ALL COMPNY PROPERTY
· TRAINING HIS NEW NC ON ALL SELLING ASPECTS -1TO 4
· MAINTAINING MODULE STRENGTH
· TRACKING & VALIDATING DEMOS AND DAR & SUBMIT REPORTS
· ENSURE COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS
· ENSURE TIMELY DELIVERY OF PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER
· AFTER SALES GIFT A SMILE CALL TO CUSTOMER
· ENSURE CURTESY CALL BOOK IS MAINTAINED - SELF & TEAM
· ATTEND WEEKLY/MONTHLY OPENING MEETINGS - SELF & TEAM
· HANDLE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES
· ACHIEVE MIN.PERFORMANCE LEVEL EVERY MONTH
· LEARN DEMO RECIPES THOROUGHLY
· MIN 15 DEMOS AND 5 PARTY PLANS PER MONTH
· INITIATE TRAINING FOR HIS TEAM OF FREELANCERS IN COORDINATION WITH TEAM HEADS
· ENSURE THAT HIS TEAM MEMBERS PARTICIPATE AND QUALIFY IN ALL INCENTIVES AND EVENTS
· OBSERVING AND GIVING FEEDBACK TO FREELANCERS ON THE JOB WHILE PROSPECTING, NUTRI DEMO AND CLOSING
· ENSURE THAT FREELANCERS FOLLOW CODE OF CONDUCT AND CHECKLIST
Qualifications:
Any Graduate or Undergraduate candidate can apply.

Salary
